Hi, my name is Sharon, single mom of my two beautiful girls.

I just recently came across a way to get my old self back…

Back in my 20s and 30s, it was so easy.

I used to:

Have energy that lasts all day, and enjoy playing with my daughters

Easily get away with eating cheeseburgers, fries, pizza and ice cream
